irridium plugs?

are irridium plugs good for nitrous?? 150 shot dry kit is what i am running.

run tr6 coppers

are the irridiums not good with n20. thats what i have in now. will they work?

they are like plats, you'll blow the tips off. Also, you need to get colder plugs, you probably have stock heat range plugs in there, so if you are running a 100 shot or above, DEFENATELY get the tr6's. If you are runnin like a 50 shot, I'd still get the tr6, but u should be OK as far as not detonating, but your plugs will still get messed up over repeated use.

ok so they will work but not as good as the tr6 right? will me running the irridiums hurt any thing with a 150 shot?

read my post again, 150 shot DON'T USE THEM, u need to get colder plugs, and your tips will blow off.............

ok so whe nthe tips blow out does it cause the engine to act like it hits a rev limiter? also i can't find the copper tr6 plugs anywhere! where do you get them?

a 150 dry shot :eek: I wouldn't plan on your car with the mods in your sig lasting to long on a dry shot that large.

an why might i ask you say that? have have ran two bottles through it so far. i have checked for blow by and did compression checks and every thing is perfect.

it will cause the car to have a real bad miss. my buddy just broke the strap off of one of his and it took out the exhaust valve.:eek: just so you know its not worth it.buy the tr6's. there everywhere online and i think advanced auto sells them too.

as for the 150 DRY shot i may be wrong but i dont think your stock fuel injectors can supply enough fuel for a 150 shot. maybe can so definantly knows will chime in.

i got the tr6's on order. and as for as the injectors i have the 24lb svo injectors and they work great.

You can also go to a Pep-boys and pick up some Autolite 104s--same heat range as the TR6s, but they're cheaper ($8 for the set) and shorter (easier to install).

i system is completly safe. i got the right injectores, right ignition, plugs are on order, oil pressure at 45 psi, fuel psi is running at 85 when n2o kicks on, start retard control to adjust timing, fuel pressure saftey switch, no blow by, compression checks are ok. so know you tell me why i am going to need a new engine with this dry kit????? cause i would really like to know. is it just because you like the wet kit better? well i don't relly care for the nx wet kit.
