The local WRX guy (Rally Blue, 18" gunmetal wheels) got beat by some 95-97 Firebird in Midland and blamed it on computer tuning or something, I guess he started losing after 3rd gear.
Was it you, or would you know his car if you seen it? Not sure how often he's out there.

TrouserSnake 08-07-2002, 01:18 PM NOPE that kid wouldnt race he got beat by a LS1 with Lid and 2.73's! i try and get those kids to race me every weekend but they wont the ls1 one kid got 3.73's in monday and he said he would run me he's stuck on that all ls1's run 12's and he's 50 more horse stock than me but still wont run me That WRX soppesedly has bigger turbo and NOS he was scarred too

robvas 08-07-2002, 01:26 PM I beat him in my old laser pretty bad on the highway.
He got a turbo upgrade and fuel pump, injectors, 50 shot all since then, but from a roll that car can't be that fast.
My friend Brandon said the Firebird was a 95-96 but he doesn't know them very well, he said it went by him at like 130 and almost hit him while he was watching them race http://web.camaross.com/bb/wink.gif
