How much could I sell my TPI motor for?Rage 05-05-2003, 10:42 PM Im about to get a new motor so Im wondering what I should do with my old one. It will be a complete, 305 TPI out of an 87 IROC. It has the usual problem of smoking on start up, and it makes some ticking noises, nothing majorly wrong with it, it has 97k original miles on it...How much could I get for it? Is anyone interested? aziroc 05-05-2003, 11:10 PM well.. u can either sell the tpi unit on ebay and throw away the engine. sell the engine/tpi on ebay.. or just junk it cuase not alot of people r looking for 305's. a buddys friend of mine needed an engine so i just gave it to him .. Nobody is going to pay $.50 for a 305 that smokes and makes noises. Sell the TPI complete including harness, computer and distributer. You can get $400+ for it. | ||
