Pretty straight forward. Nothing special that I can think of, but you may as well replace the hose and t-stat while you're at it.

i got a be cool radiator. when i pulled the radiator out i found dry leaves, candy wrappers and cigarette butts in front of it, now it runs like 5* cooler, thought that was pretty funny.

How did the install go? Did it fit like it was meant to be or did you have to push and pull or what. What fan did you use?

i just used the old fans, it took me about 3 hours and the radiator fit perfect. the only problem was that ABC Auto gave me the wrong upper radiator hose (imagine that  ) and the front bolt on the thermostat housing gave me a little trouble, other that it went pretty good.

How much did the Be Cool cost you? And did you get it directly from them or order it somewhere else? I'm prolly gonna need one soon.....

You didn't get an application-specific Be Cool thirdgen radiator for $120.

wow that would be a great deal though wouldn't it?
a little over 4 is what they are going for around here. very nice aluminum radiators though; especially the polished ones. :)

Even a little over $400 is a great deal... but at least that one is believable. Generally I see them for $550-600. That's why I bought a generic Griffin for $180 and spent a couple nights making it fit.

yeah the model for my particular setup is around 480 with everything.....since my stock radiator works good for now i'm holding off. i've never seen a new one for our cars for less than 400 though.

Hey, I'd pay $120 for a brand new one that is application specific. I'd even go to $200 if you could arrange it.
