tranny only shift under 30% throttle, WTF??

Angry tranny only shift over 30% of throttle, WTF??

well, i had this problem for months now.....i took it back to the shop where i had it rebuild.......my builder rebuild it again, thought it was the tranny, but NO NO.....it still wont shift properly....he changed everything, solenoids, gears, etc......but still.....can this be a PCM problem?? please help guys....getting tired of this.....it wont shift to 3rd under 30% throttle, it shifted fine from 1st to 2nd, but from 2nd to 3rd it where the problem is at....it shifted fine from 3rd to 4th too.....sorry for the wrong subject.....it suppose to say IT ONLY SHIFTED OVER 30% OF THROTTLE

Shifting is determined by mph and throttle position. Maybe your TPS is shot.

Sounds like your throttle positioning sensor is shot like anaik said.

where can i get this TPS?? does summit has it? if yes how much is it? if no where can i get from....i really wanna fix this thing......thanks guys

Go to GMparts Direct and look for it. I don't know the price. If it is the TPS don't tell your tranny man, he'll kill you.

i'm gonna pick it up right now, but i'll keep you guys updated......
