93 tuning

Is there anyone in the detroit area who can tune a 93. I've tried various speed shops like detroit speed works and they only do 94 and up. I've already gone the mail order route and haven't had much luck. Any info would be appreciated.

I think there is a place called Howell Engines that can do it.
