Petition for Manitoba Residents for new track

It will be open on weekends at night for street racers.

The city would never go for this. For one they would have to insure it because if they didn't when someone gets hurt the city would be in court and paying out large amounts of money.

I work for the Federal Govt. and my sources have told me that City Council is open to this idea.

We have the land.

We have the money.

We even have the contractors.

All we need to do is prove that people will come if its built.

Thanks for posting that link Grip, I signed it. Other cities in Canada have tracks like this so I have a feeling that the city may do it. I've also heard on the news and in the newspapers that they've been seriously thinking about it. We'll see how it goes.
