your times will vary depending on weather conditions, track prep, etc

stock lt1's run 13.8-14.2 , ive seen some run mid 13's stock, and ive seen some that run high high 14's stock

it just depends on the above and how your car is running

hope this helps

my car runs great, it hauls ass. it way faster than my 95 mustang gt conv't. had a 5.0 aode tranny, no cats dynomax mufflers. i can kill my bro too, hes got a 95 5.0 convert. K&N air filter, ram air, 70mm TB, underdrive pulleys, shortie headers off road h-pipe, flowmasters, and 4.10 gears.

depends on the car alot, and in this case (M6), alot on the driver too. normally stock LT1s in good condition should pull high 13s without much of a problem. alot of guys get there cas with well over 100k miles and they just havent been taken care of and serviced correctly and those cars are just not going to perform as well.

i bought my '96 Z A4 2.73'd car with 81k miles from a dealer. it obviously had been taken care of and ran very strong. bone stock it went a best of 13.62 @ 102 with a 2.0 60ft.

BTW, the fastest STOCK ive heard of has been a M6 car running 13.5s.

i got my car 3 weeks ago. its been taken care of. it has 65k miles on it and 3.23 gears. the motor is really strong. has a new opti and !CAGS. I'm going to do away with the cat and get slp loudmouth exhaust, underdrive pulley, TB bypass, and eventually i want to get a bigger MAF and throttle body 52mm probibly because i have a stock intake. or i'll buy a bored out intake and go with a 58mm. i dont know yet. Would 4.10 gears be too much for my car? or would 3.73's be a better buy?

Your car has 3.42's. Don't waste you money on the pulleys, tb bypass, maf and the 52mm TB. They won't give you much at all. For all that money you can have some nice Hooker LT's that will give you a huge power gain.

i agree!

get yourself some LT's, a good exhaust system, CAI, maybe some 1.6s, and a good PCM tune. with those, and some meat out back, i would think lower 13s could be had with a driver...
