Just bought a Black 00 Z28 A4 about two weeks ago (22k miles). The car has Sprint Suspension Springs 1.75 front/1.5 rear lowering. I don't think the previous owner did anything else beyond springs.
I'm pretty sure I'll need an adj. Panhard Bar, right? But do I need to relocate my LCAs? Also, what about shocks?
The car does'nt bottom out and to my surprise manages 'OK' around town without scraping very often.
I do notice a slight vibration at certain highway speeds, Is this related to the lowering??

LCA's and re-location brackets together are a sweet combo. Along with the PHR, you should be all set.
However when i lowered my car, i still had the stock shocks and my car rode like CRAP....Thus i ditched the springs and bought the whole new QA1 Hal set-up. Aint cheap, but its the best...
How's the ride in your car now? as-is i mean..

The ride actually is'nt too bad does'nt bottom out even with people in the back.
The one thing I am a little concerned about is a slight vibration at highways speeds, which I'm wondering is natural with lowered cars?
Any ideas?

Are you sure the vibration isnt from something like a bad belt in a tire? Rotate the tires and see if there is a noticable difference.

My car did the same thing, but even with just someone in the passenger seat...

i had my car lowered and no lca relocations and it sucked..i couldnt get traction...now i got the lcas and the are awsome....u should defintly invest in a pair of them:D

That's what I'm hoping it is, the car needs new tires which I plan on buying this weekend anyway.

Well, bought new tires and that fixed the slight vibration at highway speeds.
Now I'm considering just puting stock springs on the car as I've just heard too many horror stories about lowering our cars.
Another option would be to sell/trade my 1.75"front/1.5"rear set for a set of 1" all around springs.
I really do like the look of the lowered car:bow: and figured this might be a good compromise.
Any suggestions?
