Could using a file from an auto car disable the reverse lock out in an M6 car, if so, how can this be over come with Tuner Cats? The tune itself works great so I do not want to loose it but I would like to have the reverse lock out back.
Thanks in advance.

I don't know how to modify it, but I had an auto program in my M6 car and it reversed the operation of the reverse lockout. At a stopped position I couldn't get into reverse and as I started to go, it unlocked reverse and every time I shifted to fifth, it wanted to go all the way over to reverse.

That is what is happening to me, at a stop, you can get reverse but takes a decent amount of effort, when moving you can got right in to it. How did you solve this?

It should take you not even 5 minutes to copy all your timing and fuel tables into an M6 file, replacing only the data you need that is currently making your car run well, but without the transmission problems. Then just verify that your gearing/tires are correct and voila.
