Supra VS SS

Hey everyone,

I somehow managed to get myself suckered into a “race for charity”, which is a long story so I will skip to the question. I go up against a mid-late 80s Supra, with 9lbs of boost with their factory turbo, and an inline 6 cylinder. I saw under his hood last night at a well known unofficial car show, and he seems to be stock, with the exception of some better rear struts.

lol, that is funny. I have a 98 v6 camaro with my mods being just b&b catback and slp ram air. I just ran a 89 toyota supra turbo with minor mods. we were dead even till about 75 untill i hit 3rd gear, then he sowly started pulling and at the end of the 1/4 my front bumper was at his rear bumper. In ss will completly SMOKE him. You will have no prob at all.

80s Supra? A stock MKIII is fast, but not SS fast. I think you'll win on this one.

You could buy some mods for insurance. A cutout is cheap....and sounds damn good too :)
