Window Tint - Post 'em Up

Post your tinted windows. Be sure to specify what % you went with.

I'm undecided right now. 35% is too light, 20% is too dark. I think I might do 35 on the side and 20 on the back.

Sides 18%
Back 5%

12" front windshield tint 5%:

Hope this helps

... so thats what my car would look like with my hood painted, a good overall paint job, and dark tint (exactly what I want to do...)

Looks great man. Hey do you mind me asking how much you paid for a paint job like that????

Current car with 35% (IIRC) all around:

1993 Z28 I sold with 20% on the sides and 15% on the rear:

Honestly, I don't mind the lighter tint on the new Z28. It is easier to see out of at night, and gives the cops one less thing to hassle me over.

I've been thinking about getting my side windows redone at 20%. They are 35% now. 20% is perfect I think. Not too dark, not too light. 35 is too light, 5 or 10 is too dark. Keep in mind there is stock tint to the glass (I think only if you have A/C though..) which is probably like ~55%. My side windows when tested would register at like 28 on the meter.

I think I'm going to go with 35% on the sides and 20% on the back like yours. IDK lol

You got any more pics? My only car with tint on it had 20% all the way around and it was a bit too dark imo. heh

the darker the better IMO. I don't like people seeing into any of my vehicles. I have 5% all around, with a 15 or 20% (can't remember)windshield strip on both my jeep and WS6 and I want it darker!!

with the sunlight sometimes the tint doesn't even seem like 5%, as you can tell with this pic

17% on the sides (according to the Hannahan police dpt)
5 or 2.5 on the back
think its mirrored on the top of the windshield.
