Upper Dashboard / Windshield Wipers Questions

I have a 98 Camaro and when I bought the car the upperdashboard piece, (the part that takes sundamage and meets the windshield) was torn to hell, I havn't beenable to get around to it till now. I came across a 99 Firebird in a junkyard with the upperdashboard piece still intact. well guess what. I get to have it, a windshield wiper arm (mine has an older model camaro's on it) and a windshield wiper motor... all for just $100.00

Sp Here's what I need to know....

#1 Can I even USE the upperdashboard piece from a 1999 Firebird, will it fit and connect to my 1998 Camaro? they look the same to me but I'm not sure, are the compatible?

#2 How do I take the old one out of my car with it beeing torn like someones ragdoll? The A bars are slightly damaged aswell... Can I use the A-Bars from the Firebird?

#3 How do I safely remove the dashboard out the Firebird without watching it suffer the same fate my dashboard did? I definately don't wanna break it.

#4 How do you disconnect the windshield wiper arms? My 98 Camaro has the arms of a 93 - 96 on the passenger side... because of that, it's always missing spots when in use.

#5 Where're the windshield wiper motors located in these cars? They're both 3.8 V6's if it matters...

#6 Although it truly doesn't matter, The seatbelt cover was destroyed on the driversside seatbelt on my Camaro. Meaning everytime I put my seatbelt on in the hot summer days, I'm in for one heck of a burn!... Can I take one off the firebird without destroying it?

Thanks for all your help

Probably crack the dash.... Although they look close, I dont believe it would work... Take measurements first before buying...

Okay, I'll have them measured asap. I'm just curious, would anyone know where I would have a hard time fitting and why?
