Ultra Z Hood Air Box

Does anyone use a KNN FIPK from an LS1 Setup for their air-box on their 93-97 Camaro's with the Ultra Z Hood??

Ive heard of this working, are there other options besides the SLP air-box that is MADE for the Hood??

If so.. Any Pictures/Instructions on the installation of the Custom airbox??

Thanks!

I did it. A little diff that saint69 tho. I took off the whole LT1 radiator cover and only used the new LS1 cover. I just had to cut it so it would fit. Kinda had to angle the end peices but it looks good. Then I used a bellow from a '96 vette I got off gmpartsdirect.com

I have pics but not on this computer.

Im wondering if there is an advantage to using the KNN FIPK -vs- the SLP air box...

It is quite a bit of money for the SLP air-box.

Is the air filter in the SLP air-box like a KNN or some knock-off version?

Basically I want as much air-flow as possible.

Opinions anyone??? Pics? Comments?

HELP PLEASE!
