Were these by any chance taken and developed with a film camera?

Nope. It was all on my digital SLR Canon Rebel XTi. The red one was done with a Cokin filter (not photoshopped).

I like number 4. It would have been pretty cool if you could have backed the car under the nose of the plane and faced the same direction or had a profile shot with the nose of the plane looming overhead. Nice pictures though.
