Hey everybody i was just seeing who in here has done a targa top conversion cause i am thinking about doing that instead of the t-top conversion...and about how much does it cost? and where would i find one? let me know. Thanks!

So far that has only been done by Whistler, and believe me when I say he has MAD skills. If you can lay and shape carbon fiber, and feel you have the skills to chop up your car, go for it. Otherwise, give up on the idea.

Targa top is missing the center bar. I would run a search for the thread of the conversion, its all been covered there. The difficult part is going to be making the targa roof. It would have to be pretty strong.

dude, look...all you have to do is take you headliner off and see if you can visualize what the roof is going to look like. what your going to do with your brackets, which way pieces of metal are going to fold, where to make cuts. If you cant see that then just forget about unless you seriously think you can do this.
if you think thats hard why not try my projects! I'm working on my fender right now, and chopping the roof off of a 93 eclipse. the guy came to me and ask if i could do it and i said yeah...but your in charge of the windshield! I had to sign a contract with him though.
