Tailight's fill up like fishtank..

Do ya'll ever suffer from this? When it rains my tail lights fill like fishtanks! I had one so full that it was way over the bulbs, and they still worked!!! Lol.

I ended up drilling a few small holes in the corner of the lense to let the water drain out as I have replaced the bulbs about 5 times due to this...

Where exactly do they leak in at?

Usually at the top there the "lens" and the "reflector" mate. They usually seperate at the mating line along the top. You can use some clear RTV or some kind of epoxy clue to reseal them.

You should throw a couple of goldfish in each tail light and snap some pics Seriously though it sounds like your lens are seperating just like ^ he said.

Permatex® Clear RTV Silicone Adhesive Sealant

The lens is separating from housing... Just needs to be sealed...

Ive had the drivers side happen twice. Before the 2nd time i completely resealed the whole thing with silicon. It sucks because the water takes off the chrome reflective finish.

I had this same problem about a week ago. It was where the lens meets the reflector at the top , all I did was drill a small hole in the bottom of the housing with the taillight out and if you notice when the light is out there is a place under the tail light with a groove. I marked this spot to drill the hole so it would have room to drain out. Easy Fix but still had a couple bulbs to replace.
