Both the Formula and the T/A have the "WS9" RPO code. That is the code for conversion from the V6 to the V8.
According to the Firebird Illustrated Buyer's Guide and the Firebird Red Book, a 95 T/A coupe will have codes V87S and Y82. In 94, the codes were V87S and Y83 with the T/A GT option, but that was a 94-only model.

No. The GT was a 1994 only model.
In 94, the base T/A was a stripper, without the Z-rated tires, the low-rise Firebird/Formula wing and few power options. You couldn't even order the performance rear axle or the Z-rated tires on a basr T/A. If you bought the GT, you got Z-rated tires, high performanse axle and engine oil cooler, full power accessories, the high rise wing, Delco 2001 sound system, floor mats, leather seats, remote keyless entry, and manual 4-way adjustable driver's seat.
In 95, they totally dropped the T/A GT model, and most of the power accessories were included in the T/A. But it still had the low-rise spoiler for most of the year, with RPO T43 "up level spoiler" available as a $395 option.
