Replacing my Turn Signal Housing

I looked into this thread after doing some searching, but still could not find a step by step on how to remove / replace the turn signal housing.

So far, I have the flap off on the bottom (2 screws), and the 3 screws in the back of the housing off... But getting it to come out of there just isn't happening It goes up, it goes down, but it will not come out, either one side or the other is still "hooked" or hinged into a slot, I've tried rotating it, but it seems like its about to break...

Help!

you should be able to feel all the bolts holding it in, then you just need to wiggle it off the little shelf thing they sit on. it's kinda a pain because unless the car is up in the air it is pretty hard to see what your doing, mostly have to go by feel. it's been a while since i did this but take your time, and it does take some wiggling and manuevering to get them out. good luck.

Yeah, I got all of em off. It now slides up off the tray, but when I rotate it, the lens catches either on the center side on a styrophome, or on the fender side on a bracket.

I asked a buddy of mine that runs IROC's, and he couldn't figure it out either. I'll try again this weekend.
