Paging pu12en12g... Can u help me??
Hey buddy, i saw that u have the Ground control Coil overs...
i was wondering u if recommend them?
The spring rate is 450lbs front and 175lbs rear.
I saw a new set with shocks mounted on the front (stock) for 350 shipped...what do u think about that? (acutally 500 miles on rear and new fronts) i really need to get something thats adj cause my sportlines ride like crap i HATE it....btw i'll be putting new Comp Engin Adj shocks on the rear...
they are close to what 400 + ship new for the front/backs right?
let me know what u think, thanks!!

I would NOT go with STOCK shocks/struts when combined with a LOWERED car. The ride WILL be HARSH to say the least.
I say this from experience.
The ground controls themselves installed easily, because no spring compresser is necessary. But taking off the stock strut and shock mounts is a BITCH. My car is a 95, and soon I will have to replace the mounts. They just deteriorate over time.
The front is the hardest.
Personally I would get adjustable shocks/struts on the front before the rear. Or just get adjustables on all 4...

pu12en12g, How do you find the quality of the GC's to be? I am considering getting these for my car in the near future, and I'm curious as to your opinion on them. I currently have Koni Adjustable shocks on all 4 corners. Would you just go with their default spring rates or do you have a recommendation for different rates. Thanks a lot.
