I've looked up and down and there doesn't seem to be an easy way to go about it. Do they just come out the front from that one bolt?

Can I change the bulb thats in them? Or is it the whole unit?

lol, it isnt that easy. put the car up on some ramps, if you dont have ramps jack it up and put jack stands under the conrtol arms. Youll see three plastic screw type circles, twist them, pull the fender flab down, then you have to take harness off, its a little clip like all the other lights on the car, then you have to unbolt the the entire fixture from the bumper support, theres two bolts. I beleive you can unclip the light before of after you unbolt it. Good Luck, im skinny it was easy for me.

Yep, what he said, definitly a PITA, oddly enough, my right one has blown twice in 3 years, the left one is still good.

Only thing I did differently was I had to take all the black plastic sh*t off in the area of the foglight, cause I'm not a skinny little bitch.
