I like the black euro tailights. Already have projector headlights for the Z but wouldn't mind some for the Blazer. Alot more money than I have for it right now, though

Re: New tail lights choices for Camaros

Man, I sure would like H4 headlights.

I recently put H3 dual fog/driving lights on, and they're sooooooo white that they make my Sylvania Silverstar headlights look yellow again! And I just bought the Silverstars too! Gahhhh! :/

Being able to upgrade to a housing that would accept an H4 of my color choice, would surely mean I could match my headlights to my fog/driving lights again.

But it would seem even if these some how adapted to the Firebird wiring harness (and I don't think they do), that you'd then have no highbeam light, as all the H4's I see are single wattage 55 watt bulbs.

Looking around some more, it appears that Luks also offers "sealed beam conversion" lamps.

Has anyone done this on a Firebird?

I installed projector lenses on my Trans Am, see the site below for information and photos:

A 9003 bulb is a double filament bulb with high & low beam, it fits in an H4 socket.

Re: New tail lights choices for Camaros

Great info. Doing a lot of searching through this board and others.

For some reason I was thinking it was Silverstars, aftermarket or the $400+ HID kits. I never knew aftermarket lens assembies were even made. Go figure.

I have the projector lights on my 94 TA, they're great, but 4x6 is the size for lights on the Firebirds. It will not fit on any year Camaro. Unfortunately I don't know of any aftermarket bolt on improvement for the headlights for 93-97 Camaros.

You can buy Export GM housings for the '93-'97 Firebird/Trans AM that allow you to switch bulbs only, they are H-7 based.
