New ebay find of the week: the purple splatter car with blush

It must be embarrassed, because it's blushing! Take note of how the turn signals weren't masked off well when the pink was sprayed.

I usually try to find something nice to say about one of my ebay finds, but in this case, I really can't think of anything. I wish it was just solid metallic pink like the nose... that might be cool.

Funny how it is a "custom" paint job, yet the engine bay was left both filthy and in the factory white.

Good eye! I didn't even make the connection between the car originally being white and now it's silver. The silver is so close to factory Sebring Silver, that I thought the car was originally that color.

You know, this car would have actually looked better if it was white and they put that gross non-metallic graphic on it. Either way, it makes me sad someone did that and wasted their money putting it on ebay. Looks like an autotrader car to me.

Related to ebay... there was a Porsche Carrera GT on ebay, and the seller told me that ebay's commission on the sale was $24,000!!!

Yah, but it's only US $1,025.00. Doesn't look like they even painted the edge of the hood.
But of course they did paint the "grill" and head light surround.
