Love this custom convertible top

Love this custom convertible top
This custom convertible top gave this Camaro a very Aston Martin look to it. Other than Aston Martin and Bentley, I haven't seen this maroon color top used before. So much better than the likely tan or black top it originally had. Looks great.
What's the deal with the license plate?

Looks good to me, it just doesn't match the paint really well--at least in that lighting.
The license plate frame is what needs to be thrown in the trash on that Camaro.

The Aston Martin top is just a shade more muted and looks better. Not that the the intent of the color-matched 4th-gen isn't admirable. I think if if were closer to the color of the AM, it would be awesome. It's good the way it is -- just not awesome.

I don't know i might be a bit ghetto myself but THAT is just tacky the aston martin looks good though I can see what they were goin for but the color of the top isn't subtle enough but hey thats just my opinion I think it should be a bit darker and even then its still NOT an aston martin.

I agree with many on here about how the top should be a bit darker to match the color on the camaro, its a refreshing and different look though. Not sure about ghetto, but the top is noticeably lighter than the car. Had it been better matched to the color of the car, it would be no different design-wise than the all-one-color V6 hardtops imo, giving it the subtle quality of a sleeper . I can't say I wouldn't rock it. I wouldn't mind having a medium blue camaro with a white convertible top.

Re: Love this custom convertible top
I like the offset color tops. One of the things that drew me to mine, was how good, IMO, my tan top looks with the Dark green body. I saw a similar car that was dark green, like mine, with a black top & I thought it looked pretty bad...too similar for me. So yeah, the red on red isn't for me. Heck, I don't even care for the black on black convertibles (but that is just me).
