Kinda bad experience with spoilerdepot
I ordered a 98+ style SS spoiler from spoilerdepot 5 weeks ago. The first spoiler they shipped me got lost in the mail. The 2nd one finally arrived yesterday, and it has 3 pretty good scratches on it I'm guessing from shipping (even though it looked like it was packaged fine).
The fitment is pretty good except for one problem. The 2 bars things that extend down in the center of the spoiler don't really come close to touching the surface of the hatch. They sent some "gasket" strips with it, and I ended up doubling up on them to bridge the gap.
Also, if you know how our spoilers are attched you'll know that it's held in place by 4 screws. Well I was only able to screw in 2 screws in the factory holes because the screws they sent were too short. These were the two that are the closest to the rear of the car on each side. I drilled 2 holes in my hatch to secure the spoiler by the 2 middle bars for added support, so I doubt it'll be a problem.
It looks fine, and I guess worse things could have happend fitment wise, but still annoying.
The paint matches great.
Wiring was a snap in my 97. No ABS problems since my car is OBDII, and they included the correct connectors.
Customer service was pretty responsive to any questions I had.
I'll get some pictures up later today

Re: Kinda bad experience with spoilerdepot
Other than those lower 2 "bars" not fitting all the way, how would you say the fitment is?
Is it even on both the left and right sides of the spoiler and on the flat surface where it blends into the hatch?
We need to call and inform them of the screws being too short. Seems everyone who buys from them has that problem. Wouldn't hurt to mention the fitment being off either.

Re: Kinda bad experience with spoilerdepot
I can't really ask much more of the fitment besides the 2 bars (which you can hardley see in the pictures)
I'll take some more close up spoiler pictures today, I have a pretty pounding headache and might skip work today.
Some general car pics I took:

(Hi-res, so 56k might want to think twice)
pictures the spoiler is seen in:
452-454
457-460

Ok, got pictures of the fitment, they are pictures 476-484 here:
http://www.radford.edu/~rvandenhe/Pictures/06202006/
as you can see it fits pretty well, there is a liiiitle bit of misalignment on the left edge of the wing (pic 478), and a liiiittle bit on the right side near the end of the "U" shape of the spoiler (looking at it from the top) (pic 479).
Also you can see the scratches in 484. I've filled them in with one round of touch up paint, and am going to do it a couple more times to try to fill it as much as I can.

Tell me about it... once time I tried to save a buck, and brought this OEM knockoff fender... and this things was a mess when I got it. Besides the fact that it didn't fit, this thing was made out of Hard plastic, not even urethane. It was awful I mean just awful, oohh geez.

for confirmation, yes. The z28/v6 3rd brake light is the SAME as the light on a '96-97 SS Spoiler.
