Question Headlight flashers

I was at the local drag races, and noticed someone w/ flashers. They look COOL. It's like you're a cop or something.
Does anyone have any and if so, how did they install it? What's the best/good value brand?

Thanks

Go to www.galls.com. What you see may simply just be what is called "wig-wags". I had this setup on my old car w/ a 4 headlight system so I am sure you can wire it to work in our cars. Basically just a flasher installed into the high beams that makes them flash on and off. It's alot cheaper than installing strobes, my setup from memory cost around $50.
