Front Signal / Blinker Change Out

Front Signal / Blinker Change Out
Does anyone know how to or how hard it is to change the front signals or blinkers??
I have an 2002 with the "orange" looking signals but since purchasing the car I added the chrome "camaro" fillins in the rear and changed the front grille to black with the chrome fillins, a rear dual exhaust with chrome tips and i think that the chrome or white looking signals would look much better with the car (also the car is pewter metallic) so i think it would match.
here is the link to the exact new signals that i would want to install :

Please let me know if anyone knows how to do this and if so how long it would take.
Thanks!

Its not that hard...pull down some air dams and you can reach up and change them out from underneath with a little bit of patience.
If you wanted a cheaper alternative for the time being a can of Nite-shades would tint them for about $7. They would match your black grill..up to you- just another option.

actually i would like to go with a "chrome" looking item to match the paint all the fill ins and the exhaust tips but do they sell ust plastic clear or white covers that you can just pop in there instead of changing the entire assembly.. i will check those out tho, the only problem is i dont think there legal in NY and i am already driving without the front plate so i dont want to push my luck.. lol
thanks for the suggestion!

I have clear lights just like those. They look great, but they are not good quality, on mine the lenses started to come off the housing after about 2 years on both lights so I had to slap some silicone on them and put some screws in the front to hoold them together, fixed now, not a big deal.
Second if you get, them install them by taking your headlights out and do it from above, They are designed to be done this way, doing it from under is damn near impossible, I didn'y know any beterr and it tools me over an hour to do it from underneath because it was a bitch, and I cracked my fender yanking the old ones out.
It's really easy to take the headlights out, there's just 1 10mm bolt behind each light that holds the bracket, take that out and slide the lights towards the center of the car until they detach from the clips.
Also just put amber bulbs in the lights, they will light up orange just like the stockers.

If you want to keep the clear look but remain legal with amber bulbs look into 'switchback' bulbs. They are full LED and the parking lights are white but the turn signal lights flash amber and switchback to white, hence the name. They look pretty trick IMO but are still kinda pricey just for bulbs.

Re: Front Signal / Blinker Change Out
great thanks for the help.. after hearing all the issues that people have had I am prob just gonna go an get a smoke cloor cover to stick on it.. it seems to be the easiest way togo... the only reason why i do not use that spray that was mentioned above is that it is non removable... i looked on the link provided and it said that it does not come off fully after installed. thanks for the help tho!
