found a '95 Pro Am III Firebird for sale
I don't know much about these Pro Am III Firebirds except that they had really unusual lower body cladding on them, were all V6 cars, and were two-tone painted.
This pic is blurry, which is typical--anything rare or unusual almost always has terrible pictures.

Here's some other pics I have saved of Pro Am III Firebirds...
Kind of gaudy looking by today's standards, but body kits were popular back then. I think $27,000 for a Firebird with a bodykit is rather expensive though.
Found one on fquick that doesn't look like it's missing any ground effect pieces. It's also a Formula instead of just a V6: http://www.fquick.com/garages/Pontia...la/1995/12018/
This one looks pretty darn sweet!

What was up with the Pro Am series cars? I saw a Pro AM S10 yesterday. It was beat to hell. Ugly paint job to boot. I cant find any info online about them either.

From http://www.firebirdproam.20fr.com/
The Pro/Am firebirds were customized by chatanooga customs (aka Choo Choo customs) who are no longer in business. To the best of my knowledge 500 Pro/Ams 500, Pro/Am IIs, and 500 Pro/Am IIIs were made, during 1987, 1989 and 1995 respectively. They were given custom cosmetic upgrades. They all came with T-Tops. They were also fully loaded with many features rivialing those found on the Trans/Ams of the time.
Pro-Am III Firebird (1995) The cars are base V6 Firebirds with large "Pro-Am III" lettering on the doors. The stock hood got a fiberglass ram air scoop attached to the top (looking the Firehawk/WS6 hood), but it's not functional. It also got side skirts, a dual outlet muffler, a numbered plaque, two-tone paint, chrome 5-spoke 16" wheels (with the original base tires), and different bumper covers.
