FF75s as fog light replacements = !!!
I got fed up with the old housings since our 885 bulb options aren't that great, and the housings aren't either...
So, I yanked them, got some Hella FF75 driving lights from Advance Auto for $60, and had a local friend fab up some replacement mounting brackets (for stock location) for $20.
NOW I HAVE SOME NICE BRIGHT DRIVING LIGHTS!
I plan on eventually converting the headlights to the Hella 90mm projectors. I think that would make a great combo.
I'll try to get some pictures soon... but let me tell you, even with the included 55w bulbs, my driving lights put out more light than the low beams! Almost as much as high+low beams!
I'm a satisfied customer! Thanks for all the great threads on here about these housings, they helped me decide to get them and I'm very happy!
