camaro gauges in a t/a?

I was wondering if you can put camaro z28 gauges out of a 95 and put them into a 95 trans am? Can you do this or what?

'97 digital works with 93-96 wiring... 98+ doesn't.

Trans Am gauges look better than Camaro gauges, why would you want to switch?

Re: camaro gauges in a t/a?

I gues it would just take time to get used to but all i have owned was camaros and i just got used to the look of the gauges. So what i read i think i understand that a 97 camaro cluster would fit in my formula? And it doesnt matter if its a digital or not?

Yes thats 100% correct. I personally like maro gauges better than firebird ones as well, the bird-t/a gauges have that nasty red that gets SOOO old IMO.

EDIT: forgot to mention, you'll probably have to change the plug wiring, no cutting or anything, just remove some pins and insert in a new connector, but there are many guides on here with the pin-outs....so its not to bad.
