Calling all those with corbeau seats...

I am really dissatisfied with the sliders that come with them.. First installation was a pain and I had to grind them a bit so they would actually begin to fit on the studs on the floor... And also the brackets are so flimsy that today I was out doing some hard launches and the driver's seat would slide all the way back on it's own completely dangerous!! Has anyone else had problems with these brackets?? I've already contacted them to see if they offer anything sturdier.

Thanks.

I got em and yes they suck. 1 bolt on each seat is almost totally inaccesible. It took me forever to get them tight. I tried every trick I could think of but it was still a pita.

I never had a problem with the slider failing to hold the seat in place. Seems to latch fine.

No problems here. I've had mine for about 4 years. Maybe if yours are newer they tried to take some cost out and used cheaper materials.....

Well the fact that nobody else has had these types of problems leads me to believe that there is a problem with my slider... I will check it out I guess, maybe interchange driver/passenger seat and see if it still does it.
