Appearance Mods Roll Call

These are all the appearance mods I have planned to do to my car in my lifetime. Obviously, I don't have all the money right now. I would like to know the costs of the item and labor however.

LS1-style front end swap

All visible areas (except under the car and under the hood) getting a quality repaint of medium-light blue (maybe Viper blue?)

When the LS1 front end is swapped, removing the stock plastic grill and replacing with a mesh background.

Callaway-style rear bumper (probably custom fabricated because Callaway parts cost too much)

Wings West spoiler

Black carbon fiber hood (hooray rice!)

So if any of you have done these, please tell me the parts and labor cost for each. I am slightly mechanically inclined but not to the point that most of these require. Thanks

im not trying to "flame you" just giving my opinion, but when u take just the bumper from a body kit it usually flows into the rocker panel lines of the new side skirts. so when u put a callaway bumper on it it might not look like it fits. but if ur getting it custome done im sure it will look nice.

the front end conversion could get pricey. a couple thousand. parts will probable be around a thousand and if ur not doin it its gonna cost u alot more. i like our 95 front ends better on the camaros but if u think the looks are worth it its not to difficult, just expensive. everyone on here will tell u what u need and help u figured out decent prices.

EDIT: spelling

Christ almighty, maybe I should just buy an LS1? Kind of makes me feel weird seeing as I just bought a new CAI and exhaust for the car. However, I bought the car for 13 g's and it would be hard to get that again. Thanks for the replies. Looks like I'll be stayin 93-97 for quite some time.

Good idea. The ls1 front ends look like *** IMO. Good luck finding a carbon fiber hood btw. The only one I know of is the dg motorsports big block style hood in carbon fiber, and it costs like 1g. I would just get a fiberglass hood and get carbon fiber layed on it.

Whistler makes VERY nice custom carbon fiber hoods. Do a search for his name.
