That is the first I have seen for that particular setup, although it looks similar in concept from the old Rytek kit with the Piaa's.
In the ad they are showing a Catz brand light, which one, I am not sure. It looks alot like the MSS, in which case it is not a HID light. Catz does offer a upgrade HID kit for certain series of lights, but not sure if this is applicable for their MSS (if that is what those are). I would contact them for more information about it if you are serious about purchasing them.

I am happy with the Piaa set-up. Only 55 watts, so no need for a wiring upgrade. WAY more than enough light and I have only had to replace 1 bulb in the almost 3 years (in January) that I have been running the set up. The car is also a daily driver.
