I would really like to get some aftermarket seats but I would like to sit closer to the floor than my stock seats (2002). I am pretty tall and if I sit up straight it limits my visibility out of the top of the windshield (I have a convertible so visibility is a little less than others).

So if I could find some aftermarket seats that I could mount really low to the floor (as low as possible) that would suit my needs great.

Anyone know of a setup that would work?

You can elmiminate the corbeau's. They sit higher than the stock seat does.

Aww man - that sucks - how much higher? Ridiculously higher - or just a little higher?

You can cut Sparcos off your list too, they sit just a few millimeters higher than stock. Your going to have a hard time finding thinner seatbottoms with aftermarket seats. The stockers are already some of the least padded seats out there, and as flat as a park bench.

I always thought my seats from my 95 Z28 (no power seat) sat noticably lower than the seats (power driver) in my 02. I wonder if I could get a seat mount out of a 95. Hmmm
