collectors long gun (Rifle)
I am selling (for a friend) a German Mauser 30-06 rifle, FN action, matching parts numbers.
The bolt action is very tight ie no slop. It is rare to find this rifle in this caliber, they are usually 7mm or 8mm. Mauser is in very good condition.
Here is the writing on the breech and receiver.>
On barrel.... ARGENTINO 1909.
On receiver...DEUTSCHE Waffen-Und, under that is..Munitionssabriken Berlin.
Argentino arms stamp is on top of the breech.
I am not sure what kind of original stock this gun had, but it looks to be a sporter stock on it now. I can do pics on e-mail. $500
