i can build a complete pistol or rifle withthe upper above or a 16" upper.
lower would be a DPMS buils with adj stock.

prices would be a little over a grand.

I might be interested in the RRA 16" upper. Is it a Varmint upper by any chance?

like the one in my OP I can do that. i will have to send it to you in two parts and then you can register the lower and put it togeather

its not. it is a flat top upper but it has a standard a2 front sight.

you can always swap it out for one w/o a lug. i dont have any w/o lugs
