Re: Trany cooler help (BBC Guys)

You could just get some new 5/16 steel lines and bend them so they are routed away from the exhaust. If you run a frame type cooler, I think it still would be most efficeint in front of the radiator..somewhere in front where it`ll get some air over it. What kind of headers are you using, i have the hooker swaps and I have a good amount of room tween the two.

tranny lines

If you run the lines like the picture in the link, yes there is plenty of room dip the lines down and stay close to the pan..I have the same car, engine and headers, so it is possible

Re: Trany cooler help (BBC Guys)

I ran steel braided lines but went back to hard lines because they were easier to route past the headers. It doesn't take much to bend the steel lines to stay away from the headers.

oh yea..I think I can get the plugs from the top or the bottom now Lol!
def worth the bucks if you can do it..gonna make life alot easier now..I can get the 7Qt oil pan off in the car now..if needed. The car feels as if it lifts the front a lot quicker too, possibly transfering the wieght quicker? I really didn`t drive it too much before I put my spohn torque arm on, all together with both of these upgrades, I think I might hang a tire this fall
