Hey guys, ive been searching the threads and havent found anything related to my project... I have an 88 Iroc with a 305. its a 1le car so the motor is balanced and blueprinted... It has ignition, exhaust and headers with 3:55 rear gears. I found a good deal on a complete ati procharger and wanted to put it on.. I figured that if i was doing that i should open up the stock tpi setup.. I found a complete ported and polished edelbrock intake, plenum and runners with a fuel pressure reg... I was going to add a 52mm throttle body and 24 injectors. Any tips or ideas on this setup.. Id like to install everything without any problems.. I know thats a lot to ask cuz thats how not hot rodding goes. lol thx for any help!

I would start by putting the kit on the car and making sure it fits before buying a different intake setup.

How will you tune it? This is THE biggest issue with modifying a TPI setup from what I understand. I've never used it but MegaSquirt might be the cheapest aftermarket EFI system that you could install for engine managment. You need extra fuel to go with the extra air. Bigger fuel pump, bigger injectors for sure. 24lb might cut it but 30 or 36lb injectors might work also.

It would be much easier to do:

Sticky Drag Radial tires (a TPI engine NEEDS sticky tires.)
2600rpm stall torque converter
100 shot of nitrous. Nitrous Express wet kit.

I reccomend those mods for ANY vehicle. No extra tuning needed for the ECM either. Should take you from
