I had Monrow shocks and struts installed on my IROC, I couldn't be happier.

I have the same on my 91 z-28 and I'm not happy at all. I would never buy them again. After putting them on the car it tends to bounce alot.

Re: shocks and struts?

I had the KYBs many years ago. No complaints with them at the time, but since I needed to rebuild the whole front end (dont ask) I decided a change was in order. I got a full set of Bilsteins off EBay for a ridiculously low price. The KYBs made a nice improvement over the 100K+ mile original worn out pieces. The Bilsteins were MUCH better.

Re: shocks and struts?

Unless you like adjusting things (KYB's AGX). I would go with KYB grr2 front strut & KYB gas-adjust rear shocks. This set up works for me on my 87 IROC-
Z and did not break the bank.

Did you get rid of your bouncing problem by changing out the monrows?

Re: shocks and struts?

No, I still have them on there. The car almost looks like an inport tuner going down the road. Right after I put them on I called back to the place where I bought them from and asked them if the part number's were the correct ones and they said yes. I called another place that sell the same one's and they gave me the same part numbers.

Re: shocks and struts?

I had OEM on mine before I had the monroes installed, so anything would be a marked improvement.
