Pushrod size
For those individuals with a 350 roller block using vortec heads with 1.6 r/r, what size push rods are you using? Need to get a set and will be using guide plates since I have n/a rockers

Don't guess at pushrod length. The wrong length will cause a lot of valvetrain problems. Whenever you change anything in the valvetrain/camshaft, you should check pushrod length to make sure they're the proper length before starting the engine.
You can put a stock length pushrod in just to check if longer or shorter ones are needed but you'll only know what length to buy from using an adjustable pushrod to check the length.
Anything can affect the required length of a pushrod. Small base circle camshaft, longer than stock lifters, installed valve spring height, head gasket thickness. Rocker ratio shouldn't change the required length or if it does, it's not enough to change the pushrods.
You can put a stock length pushrod in just to check if longer or shorter ones are needed but you'll only know what length to buy from using an adjustable pushrod to check the length.

I saw an adjustable pushrod length check in the summit catalog. It is made by trickflow but they come in 5 sizes. Here they are:
6.125" to 5.500"
7.500" to 8.700"
8.700" to 9.800"
9.800" to 11.00"
11.00" to 11.500"
Which size should I get? Is there another brand I should get?

Since SBC pushrods are the same length for both intake and exhaust, you only need one checking pushrod. Buy the one in the range of a stock length pushrod for that engine.
All stock SBC pushrods are 5/16" diameter. Providing you use the proper guideplates, it's better to upgrade to the stronger 3/8" diameter ones.
SBC with OE hydraulic roller cam is 7.195" long
SBC with retrofitted hydraulic roller that was originally a flat tappet is 7.290"
SBC with normal flat tappet lifters is 7.794"
Comp cams checking pushrod #7702-1 covers lengths from 6.800" to 7.800" which should cover the length you need.
