Headers.

Hedman are prob. the cheapest and fit great...ive used them myself. Hookers are good too and I think you can buy them coated (more $$) but they will not rust and stay nicer looking than just painted ones.

thats exactly what i was thinking when i read the list. get a set of larger runners and that will help. just keep this in mind, make everything funnel down as you want high veocity. too much stright and even area to the chamber will cause you to "fall off".

I say get a good tune. Maybe some good MSD or Accell 90 wires and rapid fire plugs. Damn 60,000 miles only..thats good. I know your looking at more power, but I would get some subframe connectors for now to keep the frame in continued good shape (less rattles). For the wires, plugs, and connectors should just be around $200 (not including labor.. unless you do it yourself). I assume you have stock runners... you could try to port those out a little. I got the SLPs runners, but they cost around 350...they need to be polished out as well---they came a little rough on the inside).
But I agree that headers is the good choice. I dont know about Hedman anymore. I got the painted shorties before and both sides warped in under 6 months???? So, now im running ceramic coated flowtech. The painted headers around $150 not including installation...but they could free up over 10 + HP.

you can get the hooker 2055 headers and get a hi flow cat that will out flow the stock twin cat system. the 2055 Y pipe is 3" after the Y junction.
