if i check a couple spark plugs for their condition do i need to re-antiseize the thr
do i need to re-antiseize spark plugs or replace the little washers or anything when i check my plugs to get an idea of whats goin on in the engine.

I've never used antisieze on my plugs. Personal preference I guess. Should not be a reason to since you shouldn't torque them down to insane numbers, and if you change them regulary. Anyway, it won't hurt neither way. I would wonder a little about the crush washers though. They should never be re-used. My new plugs I got (AC Declco) doesn't even come with them. Looks like they re diesigned them to not need them. They are rounded off at the ends of the threads which I guess in theory evenly mates them to the spark plug hole.

I ALWAYS anti-sieze my plugs. It's cheap insurance against breaking one off in the head when the threads corrode (had it happen on a customer's Honda once.) My customers are also bad about going 120k miles between tune-ups so that's another good reason. Definitely don't reuse the crush washers, but if you used plenty of anti-sieze you should be fine without reapplying.
Some heads have a tapered seat design which doesn't require crush washers on the plugs. Others have a flat seat which does. That's why yours don't have washers Pneumatic.
