i got a question about heads---need help

i just got offered a 1989 pontiac gta we went for a test drive and blew just the beginning of what seems to be a head gasket a small amount of white smoke out the flowmaster and kind of milkly oil. now i was supposed to by the car for 2500 now he is willing to sell it for 500 to me hes one of my friends. i have a pair of 94 LT1 heads at my house can they be put on or is there another pair of heads for about 300 dollar or so that i can grab that would give me more horsepower.

i WISH there were heads for 300 bucks. you might be able to find some in the local trading post, or if you check ebay you might be able to find a pair of iron heads, used and disassembled for 300.

LT1 heads wont go on that engine without a lot of work and money. just use different heads, trust me.
