How do you pull a plenum and runner set? How much are they worth?

Unfortunately I'm getting rid of my 86 Camaro. It's been in my family for 15 years now so it's gonna be hard to see it go. Anyways I have a Lingenfelter ported plenum and Lingenfelter large tube runners on it I want to replace with the stockers. It looks like I have to pull the fuel rail to access the bottom bolts on the runners is this true? Does anybody have any writeups for this kinda thing? Also, how much would I be able to sell this stuff for?

thanks
mikey

You might have to but all you have to do is take out the fuel rail and that pops out easily. When you slide it in, you just push it. Make sure there is oil on the O-rings.

Old TPI stuff is probably not worth more than scrap aluminum.
