Anyone ever put 91 or 92 GF's on a 82 - 90??
I just got in my ground effects from a 92 camaro and am planning on putting them on my 86 Z28. Does anyone know if any of the mounting hardware or anything isn't going to line up? Any one know of any potential problems I might have? I got the front spoiler, side skirts and the back bumper. Thanks

You'll need to modify some stuff. I haven't done it myself but I tried to help someone out about ayear ago after I had just done an 85 Iroc. Just about everywhere I told him there would be a clip, there was a bolt and vice versa. Do-able, but not a bolt-on. Wish I could help more.

I put the 91-92 style on my 90. Like stated above I had to use a die grinder to cut holes in the quarter panels, the parts under the doors and the front fenders to get them to fit. The seemed to have changed the way they mounted the gfx between the 2 years. Wasnt that much trouble, and I would efinately do it again, because I like the look of the 91-92 style better. Any more questions let me know.

I put the Camaro 91-92 rocker panel and door gfx on my 86 Trans Am.
I love that style.

I just dropped them off with my paint guy yesterday. I have a feeling that I should really take a good look at all of the mounting spots so all of that is taken care of before I paint it.
Thanks guys
