Carb and HEI recommendation for a 350 5 Speed Combo
Hi, I currently have the electronic Q Jet on the car, I have a Gm 350 along with a 5 Speed, My other mods are in my Sig Below, Just wondering what carb is recommended, It is not a daily driver but I am looking for a good reliable carb,I am also looking for an HEI Dist to go along with it.
By Changing the Carb and Dist is there anything else I need to do? can I just take the Check engine bulb out and worry about it after this?

have you ever thought about stepping up to injection? with you ready to make an upgrade the FAST ez EFI would be a great move. self tuning, built in wide band, able to change setup when you build a bigger motor.

Spoke to Holley and they Recommended the 600 CFM Double Pumper, Or the 650 DP.
As far as DIST go Should I go in cap Coil ( HEI ) or Separate Coil/Dist?
Do I need a adjustable Vac advance or not?

If your car runs well - no issue with the carb, leave it alone.
You can easily tune the carb for a larger motor with more power - it will support 500hp with the right fuel system.
