Bad blower motor shaft bushing? Some how the evaporator came loose? Anyone screw around with it in the past?

Well, be sure it's that first. Tearing out the dash to get to the a/c unit is kind of a daunting task. You sure this only occurs when the a/c is turned on? Does it do it in all modes? In other words is the sound present when it's on MAX setting, and just default? Does it only occur when the compressor is running?

I am pretty sure, but I will do some testing. I put a heating core in it and that was terible. I am sure this won't be any fun either. It's kinda like a grinding noise, like a fan mis alinged or something simple.
THanks
