Thidgen.org has a decent faq on it. Its pretty much selfadjusting. ALthough that button can be a bastard to puch in sometimes.

Pretty much goes like this.......
1) push the copper thing in.
2) make some slack in the cable
3) get in the car and push throttle peddle to the floor.
4) Do not try to ajust at the thottle body do it from inside the car.
5) close the hood your done.

On my trans rebuild video, they recommend doing it this way:

1) Have a friend mash the gas pedal to the WOT position, inside the car.
2) Under the hood, push the lock button on the TV cable, and pull out all of the slack out of the cable.
3) Release the lock button.
((Reason?))...B/C the ratcheting action on the cable end CAN jump a couple of teeth at a time, and not set in the OPTIMUM position, hurting performance and shortening the life of the tranny..
