ok i know the firing order but don't know which is which so if anyone could get me a pic linked so i can see the distruberter cap and which cylinders are which it would help i believe that i have 2 crossed any help would be nice.

the prong facing the front(or closest) is generally for #1, then just count around clockwise.

spin ur crank to top dead center for cylinder one then remove the cap and take note of the position of the rotor

there are a few ways to tell if your crank is at tdc for cylinder one
you may have markings on your harmonic balancer
you could remove the number one spark plug and stick something in there to feel the piston (dont use the starter motor to spin the crank for this method)

When facing the engine from the front of the car the right cylinder bank (driver's) from front to back is 1-3-5-7 and the left bank (pass) is 2-4-6-8. Along with the info confused327 posted you should be able to sort out your wires.
