Where to find Hooker Headers?

Im thinking about getting Hooker 2055s for my 350 but there so expensive and im looking for the cheapest place to get them or any other good alternative headers.

How would headmen headers be on car?

Hedman makes shorties and long tubes. The long tubes are 1 5/8" primaries and require a little clearancing on one of the a-arms to bolt in. The shorties are 1.5" primaries I believe, most people say they aren't really worth the trouble. Go to www.thirdgen.org and go to the exhaust section and read the sticky about header selection. Much info there.

It's the best 1-3/4" longtube that fits a standard application(does require some a-arm notching, etc..) Engine needs to be lifted to get them in too... I paid $420 and then $200 to have them coated...If you have them coated, do it before running them for sure and use a good company..
